Beta service
KoedoDB is initially offered as a beta service. Features, limits, regions, and pricing may change while we validate the platform. We do not make an uptime or recovery-time commitment during the beta.
Your account and projects
You are responsible for your account, team members, access tokens, project configuration, and the data and applications you deploy. Keep credentials confidential and promptly remove access that is no longer required.
Acceptable use
You may not use KoedoDB to break applicable law; distribute malware; send spam; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; interfere with the service or other customers; mine cryptocurrency; or attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
Billing and trials
Projects begin with the trial and plan terms shown in the Console. A payment method is required for a trial. At the end of the trial, a project moves to the plan you selected unless you cancel it. We may suspend writes or service access for unpaid charges after notice.
Data, backups, and suspension
We operate backups as described on our Security page, but you remain responsible for independent copies of critical data. We may suspend or remove workloads that create a security risk, violate these terms, or materially impair the platform. Where practical, we will provide notice.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Console or email. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@koedodb.com.
