Lovable, Bolt, and v0 are a fast way to turn an idea into a working app. Underneath, most of them hand your data to Supabase. This page is about what happens next, once the prototype needs to become a real product.

The prototype runs on Supabase, quietly
Lovable Cloud is Supabase underneath, and Bolt and v0 both offer direct Supabase integration for the database, auth, and storage layer. It's a good default: you get a real Postgres database, authentication, and file storage without configuring any of it yourself.
What changes at production
Supabase's free tier is built for evaluation: a 500 MB database, no daily backups, and projects that pause after a week without activity. Moving to production usually means the Pro plan, priced per organization rather than per project. Point-in-Time Recovery, if you want it, is a separate add-on billed on top of that.
The code is already yours
All three tools let you export or sync your generated frontend code to GitHub, and the license terms say you own what you built. The part that's harder to move is the data layer: your database schema, your users, and your stored files.
Where KoedoDB fits
KoedoDB gives a single project its own PostgreSQL database, Auth, and optional app hosting, priced per project starting at $7/month with daily backups and Point-in-Time Recovery included. It's built for products that don't need Supabase's wider platform, just a smaller, predictable place to run.
What we don't automate yet
We don't yet offer a one-click migration of Supabase Auth users, Storage objects, or Row Level Security policies. If you're evaluating a move, open a ticket at support.koedodb.com and we'll walk through your pg_dump migration with you directly.
A longer trial for the move
Coming from Lovable, Bolt, or v0? Mention it when you sign up and your free trial runs 60 days instead of the standard 30, so you have time to move data and test the result before anything's billed.
